There is a popular tradition that a woman may propose marriage to a man
on February 29.All the single ladies have the chance to put a ring on him if they want.In Greece it is considered unlucky to marry on this day.
That is because every leap year in keeping with the feeling of nature
being turned upside down, women are able to propose to their man.
That's what i've listened from radio.what a special tradition!!
