爱自己

无论看书还是看电视节目，都会看见“爱自己“这三个字。

“爱自己”似乎成了现在的一句时髦口号，每个人都在重 复说着相同的话，

这也提醒着我，我爱我自己吗？什么是爱自己？

这三个字看似简单，但却不容易做。

怎样才算真正的“爱自己”呢？

不同的人可能会有不同的感受和答案。

每个人都会以自认对自己最好的方式来“爱自己”，但是结果 往往会有很大的不同，

有些人发现所谓的“爱自己”，最终换来的却是使自己身心疲惫，

为什么明明“爱自己”，却会让自己这么痛苦和迷茫呢？

攀比；妒忌心

一旦与人攀比，心情就变得复杂起来了，麻烦事也会接踵而来。

“比”是两把匕首，一把刺向自己，一把刺向别人，

使两个原本无怨无仇的人彼此受伤。

更多时候，匕首刺不到别人，

只能扎在自己的心窝子里，使自己的心灵伤痕累累。
 

“人比人，气死人”，一个原本对自己的状况还满意的人，跟人一比，什么都不是了！

辛苦不比别人少，赚钱却不如别人多；本领不 比别人差，

升迁却落在别人后面；心眼不比别人坏，赞誉却全归了别人；

相貌不比别人丑，自己的那一半，带出去可真丢脸！

比来比去，才发现自己过的是垃圾人 生，没有一项拿得出手的东西。

愧悔之下，嫉妒心油然而生。

What is chariofare??

Chariofare consists of Charity Run and Carnival dedicated to raising funds for certain beneficiaries.

Chariofare is organised every two years.

There were some food booths and game booths which prepared by lecturers and students.
