Beautiful is not defined by physical appearance,shape of body but also your inner beauty.Physical beauty will fade in one day however inner beauty will last forever.I'm not saying that do not care about your appearance.Your first image is very important for those who do not know you.That's not possible to meet people with messy look.You can keep fit but please in a healthy way.Don't too obsessed on your outer beauty like buy too much clothed,shoes, make up and diet products.Why don't keep some of the money and buy some books to upgrade your inner beauty and thoughts?
